Welcome to Beeches Surgery
With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
FLU JABS 2017
Flu jabs now available for all eligible patients. Please phone the surgery to book your appointment as soon as possible.
Please note that you can no longer request repeat prescriptions via this website. To access online services, please register in person at the surgery (bring personal ID with you). This will enable you to book and cancel appointments as well as order repeat medication online.
Patient Participation Group
We have a very active Patient Participation Group (PPG) who meet every 2 months to discuss all aspects of the Surgery. We are always seeking new members so please do speak to Reception if you are interested. The PPG are currently running a patient survey - questionnaires are available at Reception - please ensure your (anonymous) completed forms are returned to Reception by Friday 13th October 2017.
The next PPG meeting at the surgery will be on Wednesday 22nd November 2017 at 12.30pm
Get Well, Keep Well
Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO CANCEL SO THE SLOT IS NOT WASTED
We hope you enjoy having a look around the site and familiarising yourself with some of the online features such as ordering a repeat prescription.
Comments and suggestions are always a great way of helping us continue to enhance the way we look after you.
Surgery access is possible for wheelchair bound patients. Two parking places are available on the practice forecourt and a dedicated disabled bay is located immediately outside the surgery entrance for Blue Badge holders. We ask that all prams and pushchairs be left in the porch area.
